College Graduate
Preferably with experience in customer service or other related work
Has exceptional ability to give attention to detail
Can work under pressure
With average to excellent oral and written communication skills
proficient in MS Office.
Validates actual status of the unit
Conducts call out to buyers 1 day prior to turnover
Implements 3 day regimen to guarantee that unit is clean, presentable and free of manifestations prior to turnover.
Assist buyer during unit inspection and acceptance
Endorse all punchlist items to construction team and backroom.
Coordinates with QRT Team to resolve minor unit issues
COnducts actual meter reading of water and power supply
Accurately and timely updating of water and power supply
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
