To gather and provide unit photos to facilitate collection efforts of Sales Collection Unit (SCU)

1. Communicates and interacts with Visual Coordinator (On Site) for the photo taking of FA units.
2. Ensures the units that are scheduled for photo taking are done on time.
3. Ensures to capture the right angle to come up with photos that are presentable and acceptable to Sales Collections
Unit (SCU).
4. Ensuring photo files are organized and easily accessible to the team
5. Provide support to management on report preparation and coordination to other departments.
6. Collaborate with other department to ensure smooth flow of processes and operations.
7. Participate in all company and PMD initiated activities.
8. Perform other task that may be assigned/required from time to time.

1. Must be focused, driven, resourceful, and a team player.
2. Can work under pressure
3. With proficient oral and written communication skills.
4. With good presentation skills.
5. Must be computer literate.

Must be a graduate of any four-year course from a reputable college or university.

Preferably with at least 1-year work experience related to communication to sellers or clients/buyers from a reputable property developer / rea estate.
