POSITION: PROPERTY HANDOVER MANAGER
1. Oversees the procedures of the Turnover Team particularly for MRB Segments.
2. Conducts regular site visits and unit inspection.
3. Monitors units and parking slots that are ready for turnover. Ensures no unit manifestations prior to buyer's Viewing & Acceptance schedule.
4. Guarantees complete manpower complement across all projects.
5. Handles and assists unit turnover of buyers tagged as VIP or for special handling.
6. Coordinates with Construction Team for any minor punchlist that may be resolved via QRT.
7. Approves attendance of the team via MyHR.
8. Prepares yearly budget involving Site Operations.
9. Monitors and conducts review of reports prior to submission to BT Backroom.
10. Monitors operation of QTOP and ensures accuracy of unit tagging is being undertaken properly in a timely manner.
11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education: College Graduate
