1. Monitors and ensures that all turnover schedule across all assigned projects are being tracked efficiently with real time feedback and directions for improvement.
2. Manage the workflow and train new hires on how the internal and external clients can be best served and accommodated in accordance with SMDC Customer Experience Program.
3. Ensures the escalation and support to the team are well professionally handled effectively and promptly.
4. Ensures that the 3 day regimen is strictly irT1plemented prior to unit turnover to guarantee that unit is clean, presentable and free of
manifestations.
5. Elevates buyer's concern to Management that are beyond standard deliverables.
6. Monitors and ensures that QTOP process is undertaken properly across all assigned projects.
7. Ensures accuracy and updated tagging of unit status in QTOP.
8. Prepares and provide turnover reports and other related submittals.
