MAIN TASK:
1. To conduct detailed and fair Cost Assessment / Evaluation Report on Bids
2. To conduct evaluation on Change Orders
OTHER TASK (as needed):
1. To check and process Job Order Unit Rectification works (scoping and quantity). To update monitoring.
2. To assist in Budgetary estimation
3. To assist in other administrative works as required such as processing and updating of Vendor Performance Rating based on recent Database Information.

• Preferably with Project Site Exposure as Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in Estimating and Cost Engineering is a plus

• Team player, responsible, righteous and morally upright

B.S. Engineering Graduate (preferably Civil / Sanitary Engineer)

• Minimum of Three (3) years work experience
