• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related cloud infrastructure
• Support for on-Premise servers and cloud workloads
• Setup server infrastructure (Physical, Virtual or Cloud)
• Troubleshoot on-Prem and cloud infra related issues and concerns
• Monitors ticket requests from clients and provides immediate solutions accordingly
• Provides long term solution for any system repetitive issue thru research and testing
• Extract and provide regular reports on system capacity for management purposes
