Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university. Graduate of Engineering course.
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to estate management.
The following responsibilities must be carried out:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of SMDC estate development which includes its buildings, grounds, and
infrastructure.
• Overall Financial Management, which include but not limited to: budget preparation, projection, and implementation.
• Overall Security Management for estate developments.
• Oversee overall operations of waterworks facilities and equipment including water demand, production, consumption,
billings, and collections, facilitating repair and maintenance and equipment preventive activities including system and
water quality evaluation. This also includes monitoring of utility readings and consumption.
• Reports on updates of all projects, structures, equipment installation, and maintenance before conveyance to the
Association.
• Provide reports about utility and estate development requirements and coordinate them with the immediate head and
project development leaders.
• Attend and present updates during PTG meetings with the Project Development Team and Engineering Team, and initiate
meetings as needed to pin down SMDC development’s requirement on utilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for civil works and maintenance activities of the development.
• Supervise all ground and house staff and endorse training, provide day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.
• Management and monitoring of all administrative tasks required by the operation e.g. submitting insurance claims, filing
legal documents, and preparing invoices.
• Establish connections with respective bureaus and agencies relative to utility requirements of any development such as but
not limited to electricity, water, telecommunication, drainage and sewer, et.al.
• Requestor of OPEX payments, procurement including inventory forecasting, and purchase requisitions.
• Compliance with operational and regulatory requirements of all relative Government Bureau.
• Ensure submission and preparation of the Annual Financial Report in coordination with the finance department.
• Ensure renewal of applicable permits and service contracts are up to date.
• Provide premium customer service over the serviced area.
• Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time.
