JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the department, such as but not limited to the following:
• Handles customer inquiries and issues, resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Promptly escalate unresolved issues to relevant individuals or teams.
• Document and monitor unresolved issues until they are closed.
• Implement proper validation and pre-screening of requests.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve service and experience. Generate sales leads.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management.

• At least a Bachelor's / College degree in any course/field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
