* Conducts initial interview for Sales Agent applicants
* Sends Online Training link to qualified applicants
* Provides interview feedback to the recommending Sales Team
* Receives and monitors applicants’ documentary requirements
* Conducts background verification
* Processes rehire applications
Administrative Functions
* Maintains the Manpower Database of applicants
* Sends weekly and monthly reports on the application status, including the lacking requirements, for the assigned Sales Heads
* Creates digital Seller’s 201 folder and uploads to the sharepoint
* Email management
* Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
* Must be able to function effectively in a busy work environment
* Must have a positive work attitude
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Psychology
* With at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
* End-to-end Recruitment
