Ensure common areas, equipment and BLS requirements are well coordinated to the project team and attended requested inspection and testing schedules. Collaborating and implementation of effective inspection, reporting and escalation to improve readiness and actual project turnover.

• Conduct pre – functional testing for the following:
o CSA works
o MEFPS and major equipment
• Monitoring of common areas and BLS status and readiness for all handled projects
• Bi – monthly reporting of overall status of the following:
o Common area readiness and percent completion
o MEPFS pre – functional test reports
o BLS and Equipment testing and readiness
• Escalate all major items and concern that may hamper projected turnover date
o All common issues and concerns on handled projects
o All non-conformance related design and installation / workmanship concerns

• Licensed Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineers

• Knowledge on basics Microsoft and CAD
• Good understanding and knowledge in local codes like PEC, Building Code, Plumbing or Mechanical Code

• Newly Grad are welcome to apply

• Preferably 1 – 2 yrs. of experience in building construction specializing in QA / QC and inspections

• Timely checking and inspecting of the following based on project team schedule:
o Basic life support
o Equipment and facilities
o Common areas and BOH
