a. To lead the in-house Design Team for Architecture, Land Planning and Landscape
b. Manage/Oversee the Concept Development, production of drawings and support during construction
c. Ensure design conforms with budget and design standards
d. Assist in the standardization efforts of the company
e. Ensure design requirements and set timelines are met
f. Other works related under the In house design team

a. To lead the in-house Design Team for Architecture, Land Planning and Landscape

a. Licensed Architect or Environmental Planner or Landscape Architect
b. With at least 20 year experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
c. With design management skills for Architecture, Land Planning, Engineering and Landscape
d. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
e. Strong in Concept Development
f. Highly creative with good presentation skills
g. Can easily adjust to SMDC culture

To lead the in house design team of SDMC that will provide concept planning, Production drawings and site inspections/
construction support for Premium
