(Senior) Marketing Manager
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop entry marketing strategies for pipeline or to-be-launched projects.
• Develop sustaining strategies for currently selling projects.
• Develop standards for specific project category (House & Lot Developments).
• Create weekly reports to track sales project performance, sources of sales & sales channel productivity.
• Regular updating of sales project presentations.
• Conduct regular sales cascades to ensure that information is thoroughly disseminated to all sales channels.
• Research on corporate & project competitive report (Strategies, Net Income, Revenue, Sales Reservations).
• Develop quarterly emailer campaigns that will provide buyers and potential clients project updates & SMDC investment opportunities.
• Works with cross functional teams (PD, ID Sales, External Technical and Design Partners) in developing project concept.
• Works with external agencies in developing advertising and PR strategies.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Real Estate Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Degree (optional but advantageous): An MBA or other relevant master’s degree can be a plus.
Experience
• Industry Experience: at least 5 years experience in real estate marketing or related field, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns & sales performance.
• Management Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, overseeing a team.
Skills
• Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, & content marketing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, & competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
