Job Summary / Description:
? To recruit, lead and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to produce sales regularly
? To ensure that given sales targets are achieved:

Average Monthly Sales Targets
Tarlac / Batangas / Quezon: 50M to 100M
Pampanga: 50M to 125M

? To develop broker groups from being “Part-time” to “Focused” to “Partner” in terms of sales production
? Nurture and maintain a good working & personal relationship with the brokers and his/her sales agents
? Generate and submit reports on sales performance & activities; update management on a regular basis regarding his/her network
? Handle other tasks and/or projects that are in-line with the overall job function and direction of Team to achieve sales targets
