Job Summary / Description:
? To recruit, lead and manage the Sales Network Team Leaders assigned to his/her area or territory of responsibility
? To recruit, lead and manage In-House Sales Teams
? To ensure that given sales targets for the territory are achieved
? Nurture and maintain a good working & personal relationship with the whole sales team and network
? Generate and submit reports on sales performance & activities; update management on a regular basis regarding the network
? Do environmental scanning periodically and suggest strategies to improve sales and influence in the market
? Handle other tasks and/or projects that are in-line with the overall job function and direction of Team to achieve sales targets

Tarlac (total Team Leads – 4):
o 2024: 300M to 500M
o 2025: 3.5B to 3.6B
o 2026: 4.4B to 4.5B
Pampanga (total Team Leads – 4):
o 2024: 450M to 600M
o 2025: 3.5B to 3.6B
o 2026: 6B to 6.1B
Batangas (total Team Leads – 2):
o 2024: 220M to 250M
o 2025: 1.4B to 1.5B
o 2026:
Quezon (total Team Leads – 2):
o 2024: 50M to 70M
o 2025: 1.6B to 1.7B
