1. Must be a graduate of any four year course or its equivalent from a reputable
college or university
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to sales and customer service
from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To manage sales support team of SMDC-ECO JTP to ensure smooth booking of sales and efficient after sales service
2. Monitoring of department activities and budget and liase with other departments to ensure that all programs are executed such as but not limited to selling events, sales rallies and awardings
3. To asssit sellers with admin concerns such as drawing of digital budget request, deployment budget request, SARF etc and monitor the progress of such concerns
4. To monitor accounts to ensure that all sales are contracted and booked
5. To update the sales team on a weekly basis regarding project update and movement of monthly target.
6. To safekeep and index all department memos and IOMs
7. To coordinate with the concerned department.
8. To ensure that the team expenses are within the budget.
9. To oversee and review my staff achievements and make sure that their duties must be done properly.
