Detailed Duties

• Research and Analysis
- Collect and analyze local and international macroeconomic data of other information needed by the IR Team or the Company: these maybe collection of regularly available data, or ad hoc requests by officers of the Company
- Summarize analyst, financial media, other company reports into useable market and peer qualitative and quantitative updates

• Reports and Data Management
- Investor Engagements Tracking
- SM Subsidiary Data Management: interface with various SM counterparts for data requests and maintain database of submitted data
- Maintain regular reports needed by the organization
- Run automated reports through the Bloomberg Terminal and learn how to create custom reports as the need arises

• Development and Design of IR Materials
- Production of Investor Presentation
- Roadshow Materials
- Other IR materials as needed

• Presentation and Messaging
- Able to support IR messaging of the SM Group’s vision and mission, business objectives and synergies, and role in the Philippine economy to the financial community
- Able to support IR messaging of SM’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives to the financial community

Professional License Eligibility

None

Skills

Use of Office 365 applications, knowledge of the Philippine equities market is an advantage

Education

Degree in Economics, Statistics, Library Sciences, Management, Management Economics, or related course

Experience

- Fresh graduate to 5 years work experience
- Must have experience in using mid-level MS Excel functions, and create presentations in MS PowerPoint
- Very good handle of the English language

Responsibility

The position will support the Investor Relations team through research, analysis, data management, reports, development and design of Investor Relations materials for presentation and reporting.
