DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the day-to-day management of HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
2. Manage physical and electronic copies of employees' 201 files, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
3. Generate accurate ad-hoc and scheduled masterlists and employee data reports to facilitate decision-making processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Provide comprehensive support to the C&B and HRIS team in various data management and HRIS-related functions, including but not limited to:
• Data entry and maintenance
• Troubleshooting system issues
• Assisting with system upgrades and enhancements
• Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand system requirements and propose improvements
5. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, as needed.
1. Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Psychology/Behavioral Science or Business Management
2. With at least one (1) year experience in HR on any related field
3. MS Office proficient (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
4. Microsoft Power Platform proficient (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps) with hands-on experience in developing and automating workflows
5. Detail oriented, with good communication skills
6. Must be focused, driven and a team player
Primarily supports the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and HRIS team in managing HR systems and databases, with secondary responsibilities involving collaboration for the creation and implementation of automation projects.
