2. Assess and establish bidding timelines to meet procurement schedule
3. Perform technical due diligence in all shortlisted vendors.
4. Conduct pre-bid meetings, and ensure issuance of Certificate of Site Inspection and secure material submittals and approvals.
5. Evaluate bid both for technical and financial and review fairness of bid quantities.
6. Review compliance of products and services to technical specifications and approved Terms of Reference (Scope of Works).
7. Review and Finalize presentation materials/reports to be present to Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
8. Coordinate and facilitate bid review and clarificatory meetings.

13. Manage Budget allocation and tracking of costs.
14. Negotiate with Specialty Contractors/Suppliers.
15. For on-going projects, oversee the Project Team in the bidding process and ensure deadlines are met.
16. For new projects, brief the Project Team who will carry out the project.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Preferably with PRC license.
4. Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
5. Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
6. Ability to implement Budget cost-control measures with solid negotiation and persuasive skills.
7. Being well acquainted with the Philippine Market, Construction Price Index.
8. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.

10. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
11. Preferably knowledgeable in Procurement Software (SAP, etc)
