1. Prepare necessary bid documents (technical and financial) needed to complete bid documents.
2. Send bid invitations to bidders (secure letter of confirmation or decline letter).
3. Conduct pre-bid meetings, issue Certificate of Site Inspection and secure material submittals and approvals.
4. Evaluate bid both for technical and financial and review fairness of bid quantities.
5. Compare rates to set standards and previously awarded contracts.
6. Perform build-up Unit Rates and Knowledgeable in Productivity Rate.
7. Review compliance of products and services to technical specifications and approved Terms of Reference (Scope of Works).
8. Prepare presentation materials/reports to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
9. Coordinate and facilitate bid review and clarificatory meetings.

10. Prepare and Issue Recommendation to Award (RTA).
11. Monitor and track all Bid Contract Exposure.

14. Manage Budget allocation and tracking of costs.
15. Perform reconciliation / bid clarificatory with Contractors/Suppliers.
16. For new projects, brief the Project Team who will carry out the project.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Preferably with PRC license.

4. Being well acquainted with the Philippine Market, Construction Price Index.
