JOB SUMMARY: To handle all administrative and billing and collection requirements of Good Stays.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the department, such as but not limited to the following:
• Process payables due to clients within the set timeline
• Process and submit service agreements to pertinent departments
• Prepare and send sales reports to client and stakeholders
• Process payments from suppliers, service providers, and other external partners
• Maintain files, records, and databases ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Handle office task such as ordering supplies, inventory management
• Provide support to management on report preparation and coordination to other departments
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly and providing correct information and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with other department to ensure smooth flow of processes and operations
• Participate in all company and leasing group-initiated activities
• Performs other tasks/functions that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university; Graduate of Marketing or
• Business Management course is an advantage
• Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to leasing
• Preferably with at least 1 years of customer service with exposure to client relations
• Must be motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player
• Can work under pressure
• Must have a positive work attitude
• With average oral and written communication skills
• With good presentation and facilitation skills; Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
