JOB SUMMARY: Manages leasing operations, customer service management and achieve revenue targets in properties assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the department, such as but not limited to the following:
• Ensures achievement of leasing revenue targets in properties assigned to his/her group.
• Ensures Leasing Specialists actively promote Good Stays Services to both Owners and Tenants.
• Ensures Leasing Specialists act on leads given by Head Office through inquiries received on line or through phone, email, etc.
• Guides, assists and motivates Leasing Specialists in the attainment of their individual targets.
• Monitors performance of Leasing Specialists in his/her assigned cluster.
• Handles complaints and concerns of Unit Owners, Tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to his/her attention.
• Effectively manages VIP/Corporate accounts.
• Build connections with Brokers and Agents.
• Effectively trains new hires and ensures their readiness to handle the demands of the new job.
• Safeguards unit keys in possession.
• Maintain files, records, and databases ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assists in making follow ups on uncollected accounts.
• Monitors validity of contracts and coordinates with Leasing Specialists.
• Assist client for Security Deposit Refund and coordinates to the concerned Leasing Specialist.
• Provide support to management on report preparation and coordination to other departments.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly and providing correct information and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other department to ensure smooth flow of processes and operations.
• Participate in all company and Good Stays-initiated activities.
• Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university; Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course is an advantage
• Preferably with at least 3 years of customer service with exposure to client relations
• Must be focused, driven, motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player
• Can work under pressure
• Must have a positive work attitude
• With satisfactory oral and written communication skills
• With good presentation and facilitation skills; Adequate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
