1. Must be a graduate of at least 4-year course preferably computer related courses.
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience on the same field and from a reputable property developer or Real Estate company.
3. Can work under pressure and can adopt on changing environment such as additional work loads, beating deadlines and changes of work assignment.
4. With acceptable oral and written communication skills.
1. Preparation of Bill of Materials for Pag-Ibig Appraisal and Building Permit Application for all House Models and
Amenities.
2. Checking of lot lay-out submitted by the Design Architect.
3. Facilitates coordination with other department for the implementation of special projects.
4. Performs other task or special projects related to her roles & position w/in the department.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages budget and allocation for:
a. Project and non-project related expenses;
b. General Administrative Expenses and Capital Expenditures.
2. Preparation of budget for Pre-planning and Pre-Operating expenses.
3. Cost Simulation to manage house construction cost of new project.
4. Negotiate with consultants for Permits and clearances such as ECC, LLDA Clearance, Discharge Permit, DAR Conversion.
5. Facilitates pre-engineering studies such as Soil Testing and Engineering Design.
6. Initiate beautification of existing subdivision project (ex. Landscaping, grass cutting, and the likes)
7. Assist in the documentation of new property for development.
8. Supervises PD assistant.
9. Attends to inventory and sales concern.
