Recruitment Functions
- Acknowledges endorsed resumes and screens based on the minimum qualifications
- Conducts initial interview for Sales Agent applicants
- Sends Online Training link to qualified applicants
- Provides interview feedback to the recommending Sales Team
- Receives and monitors applicants’ documentary requirements
- Conducts background verification
- Processes rehire applications
Administrative Functions
- Maintains the Manpower Database of applicants
- Sends a weekly and monthly report on the application status, including the lacking requirements, for the assigned Deputy Sales Head
- Creates of Seller’s 201 folder and uploads to the sharepoint
- Email management
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
- Can adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Displays a positive work attitude
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management
Preferably at least a year of work experience
